Anew organization of educators and researchers, the
Institute for Tongzhi Studies, which seeks to scrutinize
layers of discriminating social attitudes, cultural assumptions,
and public policies against sexual minorities in Chinese
communities, is taking up residence at the Graduate Center
with hosting support from the Center for the Study of Women
and Society
and CLAGS.
