from decoding gender and desire in
opera to exploring the interrelationships
between AIDS, art, and activism CLAGS presented a
wide variety of events promoting this year’s theme of Queer
Arts. We aspire to be the center of all that’s worth pioneering
in queer scholarship, arts, and activism. To fund these
efforts CLAGS will host a fundraising reception on Thursday,
Novemeber 13, 2008, eve of the Kessler lecture. Be a part
of CLAGS’ future while raising a toast to Susan Stryker, the
2008 David R. Kessler Award recipient. A personal invitation
will be sent out to major CLAGS supporters. For more
information on individual membership, Dean’s list, and Honor
Roll contact our Director of Development, Naz.
